Walking (of course)

So, I realize that I post alot of us walking, but well, its what we do. :)
Wave Wanted to take some pics today, so there are a couple of me. I don't love having my pic taken, but meh what can you do.

I'm back, well some of me is. ;)

I have been busy, as you can see. :) Since July first of this year I have now lost 18lbs. 4inches off my waist, 1 inch off each thigh and my ability to focus on all the things I cannot change.
I have also gained alot as well, I have gained my ability to live my life to the fullest to appreciate the little things, to jog with my dog for 30 min and only stop twice for water, to run around with my daughter and not to take breather breaks. I have gained my ability to walk into any store and know I am going to fit into pants, (still top heavy and I can't quite say the same for shirts, but I am working on it), my laughter, my sparkle, my confidence, and my life, all of that I have gained back, by losing so little.

Let Sleeping Dogs lie...

I had been missing alot of bloggin for the last couple of weeks, b/c of us being so busy, and most of it is us walking Darcy, along the trails near us. or along the grand river trail through out the city (note I am 13 lbs lighter then I was 1 month ago, and I have been eating like a pig, lol).
So NOW I have added another dog to the mix.. and well, lets just say I spend my day, drinking coffee, eating, walking dogs, cleaning house, playing with W, walking dogs, making supper, playing with W, walking dogs... watching a movie with the hubby, then a nightly jaunt with the dogs..... and this is what they look like when we get home :). and what I feel like..

Oh she is, 12 weeks, half border collie/half blue heeler (Darcy is blue heeler)., has all her shots except one rabies shot due in Sept.

We had some troubles finding a puppy, but I believe everything happens for a reason and all of those 'almost puppies" just weren't right for us. This... is Piper, please help me in welcoming her home :). She is doing very fell here so far, Darcy and her are good friends it seems, already. I know fights may happen as they both age but hopefully it will continue to go as smoothly as it has been.

oh and the cat is right pissed off... sorry cat.

New addition

allow me to introduce..... well, nameless as of right now.. But we are toying wth Tink, Matilda, Hadley, Astrid...and a few others. We don't have her yet, shes still not old enough to come home. I am sure we will come up with a name when we get her home.

LOL, I went on vaca to my moms trailer for the last few days, and then just slacked off posting pics.

Anyways, I am coming back soon. This weekend we have a big fam trip planned, three nights in T.O in the Delta Chelsea. I will be hanging with a friend, going to a spa and a musical (hopefully), and DH will be taking W to the hockey hall of fame among other things for daddy daughter time.
