Lobster Mac and Cheese. Heaven in a Bowl.

There are no words or pictures that can do this meal justice. I was in the worst mood today then I made this. (there is something soothing about whisking a thick cheese sauce, then adding perfectly al dente pasta and sweet sweet lobster meat. SIGH, heaven I say, heaven.

  1. Sweet lord this looks delicious. I read the recipe too mmmmm. We actually eat a lot of lobster here (my mom's from Nova Scotia), just wondering where you got yours from??

  3. I bought it at the Sobey's seafood counter. It was pretty good quality but kinda small....

    I bet you get a lot better lobster in NS.

  5. Haha I have to say, I would have been shocked if you bought the who meal ;) I was hoping you'd say Sobeys! We usually get ours from Caudles but in Victoria we occasionally got some from Thrifty's (owned by Sobeys). They were always decent (and usually less). Glad to hear it was good quality!
