Unfortunately I was hit with a Sinus cold this afternoon, so I wasn't up for fresh pasta making as planned. I instead went for the always simple yet satisfying pork loin roast.
Pan seared Pork Loin Roast in an orange sauce

Steamed broccoli
.(for those wondering, no thats NOT burnt, lol, it actually turned out quite well, I have been trying to master my pan searing. I think I got the hang of it. :))
